What is a 25 Maps print?
A 25 Maps print is a custom, one-off map of a place that means something to you — a hometown, a wedding venue, a favourite holiday spot. Search for the location, choose a style and size, and we turn it into a beautifully designed print, available in New Zealand and Australia.
What sizes are available, and what do they cost?
Two sizes: 55cm ($179) and 65cm ($229). All prices include GST/tax for your country, and shipping is free.
Can I preview my map before ordering?
Yes — the map preview updates live as you search and choose your style, so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy.
Can I choose any location, or just certain areas?
Yes — you can look up any location. At this stage we can only deliver to New Zealand or Australia.
What's the print quality/material?
We use Framefox for printing and delivery, on Enhanced Matte stock — a luxurious flat matte surface with sharp detail and high colour saturation.
Do prints come framed, or is framing separate?
Prints come fully framed.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Search for your location on the map, choose a style (Streets or Suburbs) and size, then enter your email, delivery country, and complete payment through our secure checkout.
Can I customize the map further (labels, markers, zoom level) beyond style/size?
No — we keep it simple, with two styles and two sizes to choose from.
Can I order more than one print at a time?
Contact us at hello@25maps.com to order more than one print.
I started an order but didn't finish — can I pick up where I left off?
If you cancel out of checkout partway through, your map location, style and size are automatically restored when you return to the site — nothing needs to be re-entered.
Can I preview exactly what I'll receive before paying?
Yes — your map preview appears on the checkout page as well, so you can double check it before completing payment.
Do I get to see and approve a proof before it's printed?
Yes. After you order, we send a high-resolution proof of your map to your email for approval before it goes to print. We typically send a proof within 24 hours, but usually sooner.
What happens if I want changes to the proof?
We can offer up to 3 rounds of changes to the proof.
How long do I have to approve the proof, and what if I don't respond?
Confirmation of the proof is an essential step in the process — we'll hold off on printing until you're ready.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, a leading payment processor. 25 Maps never sees or stores your card details.
What currency am I charged in?
AUD for Australian deliveries, NZD for New Zealand deliveries.
Is GST/tax included in the price?
Yes, all displayed prices are GST-inclusive (10% for Australia, 15% for New Zealand).
Can I get a receipt/invoice?
Yes — you'll receive an automatic order confirmation email with a full price breakdown, plus a receipt from Stripe.
Shipping & delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently Australia and New Zealand.
How long does it take for my map to be printed, framed and delivered?
Once your proof has been approved, it takes 10 days to print, frame and ship your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
Can I track my order?
We receive tracking information from Framefox and can update you at any time on your order.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Get in touch as soon as possible — changes are possible within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally outside AU/NZ?
No, not at this stage.
After you order
Will I get an order confirmation email?
Yes, automatically, as soon as your payment is successful — it includes your order details and a price breakdown.
How do I contact you about my order?
Just reply to your order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Changes or cancellations are available within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We'll send you a new map — just supply photo evidence of the damage.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No — because each map is made to order for your chosen location, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

We make custom, one-off maps. Each map is a one off!
